Our Pillars
At The Centered Foundation, we believe in the power of nutrition, movement, and community engagement to enhance lives. Our programs and initiatives are designed to promote healthy habits, elevate physical and mental fitness, and build a stronger community. Join us on this journey towards a healthier and happier future.
-
Nutrition
Diets high in whole foods lead to lower occurrences of heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, metabolic syndromes, and certain cancers. -
Movement
Sedentary lifestyles are linked to a wide range of health issues from obesity to depression. -
Community Engagement
Being part of a community can provide a sense of belonging, identity, and support, which are all vital to our psychological well-being.
Who We Are
The Centered Foundation grew out of the observations and experiences of a small group of local coaches, educators, and healthcare providers. Over the past few decades, as technology and a culture of convenience has permanently changed our societal landscape, it has become clear that we are moving less, engaging virtually instead of in person, and eating highly processed calories instead of whole foods. We aim to reverse this trend by educating and transforming lifestyles to reduce the need for future intervention and improve health.

Transforming Lives Through Health and Fitness
The Centered Foundation is dedicated to fostering health and fitness in the community. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to inspire individuals to lead healthier lives, both physically and mentally.
